Abstract
This study focuses on the role of global legal systems in the formation of cyberlaws in Jordan up to 2025. Through the use of treaties, international relationships, and cooperation among institutions, this study tries to determine the influence of global norms on the policy and legal decisions that have been made in Jordan. The role that global norms such as the Budapest Convention and those relating to the WTO can play even in situations of non-ratification is considered in this study.
