2026 ASIAN Conference on Communication and Networks (ASIANComNet 2026)

Dear Presenters,

Welcome to ASIANComNet 2026, which will be held in Hanoi, Vietnam, from October 11 to 14, 2026. To ensure the smooth presentation of your poster, please note the following arrangements:
 

I. Poster Specifications

1. Size: A0 Portrait: 84.1 cm × 118.9 cm (33.1 in × 46.8 in) 

2. Printing: Presenters are kindly requested to print their posters in advance.
    

II. Poster Location
Please consult the on-site staff during chenk-in.
 

III. Schedule

1. Posting time: Please post your poster at the designated location before the start of your session.

2. Fixing materials: Tape and other fixing tools will be provided on site.

3. Display period: Posters will remain on display for the duration of the current session.

4. Removal: After the display ends, if you wish to keep your poster, please retrieve it by the end of the current session. The Organizing Committee will not store posters. Posters not retrieved by the deadline will be discarded.
    

IV. Reminder
Please indicate your presentation ID, title, and author name(s) on your poster to facilitate communication with other participants.
