T Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networks (VANETs) technology is promisingly improving day by day and getting used in various applications of Intelligent Transmission System (ITS) hence it facilitates stable and effective communication among huge number of vehicles. VANETs are commonly characterized with high speed dynamically varying mobility which leads to increase the energy consumption, delay and overhead during the process of communication in the network. Various researches are developed to overcome this drawback through that the importance of clustering in VANETs is emphasized. But existing clustering approaches are not suitable for high speed VANETs it need improvement.
