Since the development of wireless technologies and handheld computers, the mobile communication industry has undergone significant changes and expansion. As individuals become more mobile around the world, there is a growing need for mobile networks with a low amount of infrastructure that is simple to use. Routing functions are typically performed by the nodes in a MANET. These nodes are free to move around and communicate with other nodes. In situations where infrastructure is unavailable and/or node mobility deployment is expensive, MANET is a better option. But choosing a route based on minimum delay rather than energy level is a significant obstacle for AODV.
