Abstract:

From 1G to 5G and routeing the path for 6G networks, wireless communication technologies have revolutionized world connectivity. From IoT to smart cities to autonomous systems and beyond, this progress enables ever more complex applications feasible. Nevertheless, current spectrum management systems find it difficult to effectively meet changing network needs and growing bandwidth demands, which results in underuse of resources, congestion, and interference. This work presents a Policy Recommendation Report for Spectrum Reallocation in 6G Planning using SWOT and Roadmap Analysis (SWOT-RA), therefore addressing these issues. This paradigm guides ideal spectrum reallocation in tandem with SWOT analysis which points out strengths, shortcomings, opportunities, and hazards in current policy using strategic roadmap planning. The suggested approach promotes flexible long-term planning, closely reviews policy choices, and strikes a mix between technical and regulatory aspects. The results show that SWOT-RA increases stakeholder cooperation, spectrum efficiency, and infrastructure ready for the dynamic needs of 6G. This method provides engineers and legislators with a methodical road map to actively control spectrum resources and promote environmentally friendly wireless innovation. The suggested approach achieves the spectrum efficiency by 97.6%, stakeholder cooperation by 98.3% and flexibility by 96.9%.
