The United Societies of Sciences (USS) is soliciting proposals for hosting its flagship and portfolio conference, AisanComNet 2026 , through this "Call for Bids." The USS often provides financial sponsorship for the conference, which serves as a key event for researchers and professionals in various technical fields. Eligibility:
Universities and Institutes with good reputation in Asia Pacific(Thailand and Jordan are not included)
Review Process:
A committee in the USS evaluates the submitted proposals based on criteria such as the proposed location, organizational capabilities, and financial feasibility.
Timeline:
The deadline for submitting proposals is 31 August 2025, and the review decision will be notified to the selected proposers in a month's time from the deadline.
Upon the USS's approval of the proposal, the selected university shall sign an agreement after negotiating the terms and conditions with the USS to conduct the conference.
The interested universities can submit a Letter of Intent (LoI) to the USS. The LoI should include the following key aspects of the call for the bid process.
