Welcome to ASIANComNet 2025, which will be held in Zarqa, Jordan, from December 29 to 31, 2025. To ensure the smooth delivery of your presentation, please carefully review the following guidelines:
I. Slide Format Requirements
To ensure the effectiveness of your presentation, please make the slides according to the template. Click here to download the slide template.
II. Slide Submission and Backup
To ensure a smooth conference flow and avoid delays caused by on-site file transfers, we strongly recommend completing the following two steps in advance:

Pre-upload (Recommended):
Please upload the final version of your slide file to the conference system before December 29 (prior to conference registration). The organizing committee will pre-download the files onto the venue’s computers to ensure seamless transitions during presentations.

On-site Backup (Mandatory):
As a backup measure, please save your final slide file on a USB flash drive or portable hard drive and bring it to the venue. In case of unexpected issues, you can use this for on-site file transfer.
III. Additional Tips

File Naming: We recommend naming your slide file in the format "Paper ID_Presentation Title_Presenter Name" (e.g., 01_ASIANComNet 2025_Your Name) to facilitate quick identification and management by the organizing committee.

Font Embedding: To avoid layout disruptions caused by missing special fonts on the venue’s computers, we suggest selecting the "Embed fonts in the file" option when saving your PowerPoint presentation.
