Font & Readability

Text should be readable from 1–2 meters (5 feet) away:

Title: 8–10 cm high (3–4 in) 
Body text: ≥18 pt font size 

Use brief text; rely on visuals to show data trends and relationships.

Figures & Graphics

Each figure needs a brief title and should be numbered sequentially.
Graphs and charts should be large enough (≥25 × 30 cm or ~8.5 × 11 in).

Mounting & Materials

Posters are usually mounted on foam boards or panels with pins or tape provided by organizers.
Bring your printed poster; on-site printing may not be available.

Presentation Tips

Be present during your assigned poster session to defend your work; this is often required for inclusion in proceedings.
Prepare a short spoken summary for attendees.
